Join Professionals in the City for 8 days, 7 nights in Ireland. Explore Killarney, Galway, and Dublin at one of the most beautiful times of the year.

Take a week to experience one of the most exciting times to be in this beautiful country of rolling green hills. Take in the shoreline cliffs that offer some of the most spectacular views of nature ever known. We will immerse ourselves in the rich culture and stunning landscape. Let the locals welcome you with open arms and a delicious pint, as you embark on a journey filled with popular pubs, iconic views, and once in a lifetime experiences.

We will visit the capital of Dublin where we will be treated to one of Ireland’s most famous beers, a frothy Guinness. We will enjoy our tasty beverage on a Connoisseur Tour of the Guinness Storehouse in this beautiful capital. While you’re here, everyone is Irish. Grab a beer with the locals as they strive to help you feel the excitement and creativity their country boasts

While in Galway, we can take time to see the stunning oceanside cliffs that we all picture in our heads when thinking of Ireland. With a great arts and music scene, mixed in with some popular pubs and farmers markets, Galway will offer us a chance to integrate ourselves with some old Irish culture and traditions.

Our time in Killarney gives us a chance to see the rich history of Ireland. Fought over since the bronze era, this southern Irish port is home to some of the most beautiful monuments in the country, enjoyed by tourists year-round. Highlights of this ancient city include castles, forts, stunning gardens and of course, the Killarney Brewhouse.

Join us in Belfast for a tour of Northern Ireland for the pre trip extension, or extend your stay a little longer for some time to tour the Southern Castles in Cork and Kilkenny.

Enjoy the relaxing train ride from the east to west coast of this lush, picturesque country. Upon arrival, get settled and head out for a beer or whiskey at one of the local pubs nearby.

May 12th: Wake up to a traditional Irish breakfast at your hotel. Enjoy some time exploring the art and culture throughout Galway. Galway has many things to do for all types of people. Take a horseback ride through the country, experience one of their many golf courses, or take a short trip out to sea for some cod fishing. You can also head to the Galway airport for a daring perspective of the seaside town by skydiving over the gorgeous scenery.

May 13th: Wake up to a traditional Irish breakfast at the hotel before setting off to explore Galway. Meander the streets filling your bags with locally made product and whiskey... lots of whiskey. Wander the streets past the River Corrib and visit the silversmiths in the Claddagh for an authentic Claddagh ring. Or, take today and sign up for a trip to the Aran Islands - considered the last guardian of Gaelic culture and Europe’s easternmost point.

You can also use your free time to hop on a ferry and head to Connemara for bicycle tour which can include the amazing Kylemore Abbey. Founded in 1920 by nuns who fled Belgium during World War I, The Kylemore Abbey is a monastery that is situated on a serene lakeside with stunning gardens and beautiful paths. The ambiance and visual beauty will relax even the most tense with just a short stroll through the property. This is an opportunity to see just a little of Ireland’s hidden unique countryside that expands through this 1000-acre estate. Make sure to ask your hotel concierge for suggestion on where to spend your evening.

May 15th: After a traditional Irish breakfast we depart for Killarney. Along the way we will stop at Ireland’s most visited natural attraction, the Cliffs of Moher. Some of these cliffs soar over 700 feet above sea level and offer a view of crystal clear waves crashing on Ireland’s coast. Home to the site of an ancient 1st century fort, the cliffs are widely used for aerial shots in many movies and support stunning views of the Aran Islands, Galway Bay, the Twelve Pins and, on a clear day, the Maumturk mountains in Connemara.

After our arrival in Killarney we will check into the hotel and process the beautiful sites we saw along the way. Relax for the evening or check with your hotel concierge for nightlife suggestions.

May 16th Enjoy a rejuvenating Irish breakfast at the hotel and do some exploring of Killarney in the morning. Today we have the opportunity to head out on a tour of the Ring of Kerry. This unspoiled region of Ireland draws tourists year-round for some of the most spectacular view of nature Ireland has to offer. This tour is a photographer’s dream. We will see gorgeous beaches on calm lakes, winding mountain roads, astonishing architecture throughout the scattered towns and villages, panoramic views filled with lakes, mountains and many, many shades of green.

Instead of the Ring of Kerry Tour, you can join others to the Dingle Peninsula for some of the most spectacular views of the Atlantic that any country in the world can offer. Sandy beaches, rocky cliffs and gorgeous mountains can be seen in a 360 degree view.

May 17th Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and some early morning exploring of Killarney. For those of you departing tomorrow, hop on a transfer to either Co. Claire or back to Dublin. Check into your hotel and head out for some last minute shopping, exploring, or tours before your farewell dinner with traditional Irish dance and music entertainment.

For those of you who purchased the extension, you will have some time to explore Killarney before your afternoon transfer. We recommend checking out the Killarney National Park by horseback or the 19th century lakeside mansion and gardens of the Muckross House.

In the afternoon it is off to Cork. Once we arrive in Cork, the evening is yours to enjoy. Get a special dose of Irish history by visiting Blarney Castle and Cork City Gaol. Climb the tower of Blarney castle to kiss the stone which legend states guarantees anyone who kisses it never again to be lost for words. Then continue your tour to step back in time to get a taste of the crime ridden 19th century Ireland at the Cork City Gaol, a former prison turned museum.

May 18th Those without the extension will enjoy breakfast in either Co. Claire or Dublin and then transfer to the airport for the flight home. For those that are enjoying the extension, fuel up with a traditional Irish breakfast and the day is yours to enjoy Cork and its surrounding area. Venture to Cobh, the last known port of the Titanic and home to the Titanic Museum. Here you can trace your Irish roots at the Cobh Heritage Center and meander around town enjoying the Irish hospitality. If you’re looking for something a little different, travel to the bright and colorful town of Kinsale, the gourmet capital of Ireland. Eat your way through the town and it’s amazing Irish cuisine. Kinsale is also home to two 17th century forts worth viewing, the Charles Fort and the James Fort.

May 19th After breakfast we head out for the amazing Irish town of Kilkenny. Following checking into the hotel, you can choose to take the Black and Gold Kilkenny City Train Tour or visit the Smithwick's Brewery Experience, depending on how you are feeling that day. You'll have the evening to yourself to relax or, continue exploring the city! Take this opportunity to include yourself in some rowdy Irish pub shenanigans at The Dylan Whiskey Bar or The Blue Bar. You can also choose to have a show with dinner with live music at Cleere’s Bar and Theatre or catch the DJ at Morrison’s Bar.

May 20th You will start the day with your traditional Irish breakfast and a little time enjoying Kilkenny before our transfer back to Dublin. We recommend visiting the inspiring Kilkenny Castle. After checking into your Dublin hotel, enjoy a farewell dinner with traditional Irish dance and music entertainment. The night is then yours to make of it what you will. With this being your last night in Ireland, make sure you check with the hotel concierge in order to get the best recommendation for what you are looking for.
